3. Booking & Payment

All reservations must be made through our website.

Pricing varies by vehicle type and rental duration.
Monthly discounts are automatically applied when eligible.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposit amounts vary by vehicle type and are displayed during checkout.

The deposit may be used to cover:

Vehicle damage
Late returns
Traffic tickets or toll violations
Cleaning fees
Contract violations

5. Vehicle Use Restrictions

The renter agrees NOT to:

Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
Use the vehicle for illegal activities
Use the vehicle for racing or reckless driving
Smoke inside the vehicle
Use the vehicle for rideshare or commercial delivery services without written consent
Take the vehicle outside permitted geographic areas without approval

Violation of these terms may result in termination of rental and forfeiture of deposit.

6. Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to do so may result in refueling charges.

7. Late Returns

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed time and location.

Late returns may result in:

Additional hourly or daily charges
Impact on future bookings
Possible forfeiture of deposit if excessive

8. Damage & Accidents

In the event of an accident:

The renter must notify DriveIT immediately
A police report may be required
The renter must provide full documentation

The renter may be financially responsible for damages depending on insurance coverage and circumstances.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms:

No refund for same-day cancellations unless approved

10. Inspection & Condition

Personal property left in vehicles

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total rental amount paid.

12. Indemnification

The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DriveIT from claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of the vehicle or breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected during booking is used solely for rental processing, communication, and legal compliance.

We do not sell customer data.

14. Modifications to Terms

DriveIT reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the effective date.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

By completing a booking on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
